Service Description
1.5 hrs duration Warm & Supportive We can explore anything that’s causing you concern or that you’d like more clarity on, including your birth preferences, in a way that’s tailored to your individual needs. I’ll provide you with the tools and information you need to make confident, fully informed decisions about your care. Clear & Professional We can discuss any concerns you may have and clarify your birth preferences, ensuring they align with your individual needs. You’ll be supported with the knowledge and tools required to make fully informed decisions about your care. Reassuring & Empowering This session offers space to talk through any worries or questions you have, and to gain clarity around your birth preferences. You’ll be supported with practical tools and evidence-based information to help you make informed choices about your care. Additionally, you will gain free access to my online course portal for a full year. Some of the topics we can explore together: • Considering a VBAC or a planned caesarean birth • Breast-feeding, mixed feeding and bottle feeding concerns • Choosing between a home birth or hospital birth • Exploring birth options after a previous tear or haemorrhage • Making space to debrief and process a difficult or overwhelming birth experience
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your antenatal course booking at any time by letting us know of the cancellation by email or phone. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email or phone within two days of receipt. If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the course then you will receive a full refund, less £25 to cover our administrational costs. If you cancel less than one month before the start of the course then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, we can offer a full refund at any point up until the course begins. We require a minimum number of participants to run the courses. If for any reason these numbers are not reached then Informed Birth reserves the right to cancel the course. A full refund will be given in this situation.
